T&C: Rooms for Rent: For Planet. For People. For You.

The Possibility Project welcomes applications for the use of space within our beautiful shop.

Our project is dedicated to bringing loving energy to creative and communal endeavours and we welcome others wanting to do the same.  We have two rooms on offer: The People Room  (pop-up space) and The You Room (workshop space).  

The Planet Room is the front showroom where Kath and Kim hang out.

Loosely defined, The People Room is a retail pop-up space for makers and owners of consciously created goods and services. We offer short term hire of one to two weeks at a time. 

The You Room is ideal for small group meditations and talks, healing and creative engagements, styling workshops, mending circles. Hire is offered on a daily, evening and weekend option.

Weekend:    $150 + GST = $165

Daily: $75 + GST = $82.50  (9am - 5pm)

7 Days:      $300 + GST = $330

Evenings:  $50+ GST = $55 (6pm-10pm)

14 Days       $600 + GST = $660

Afternoons / Flexible options: please call us.

 

Flexibility: We encourage you to contact us with your needs. If you have a short course that requires consecutive weekdays for example, we will always try and accommodate.

(The boring, but important bits) 

The Shop is built on the spirit of collaboration and cooperation.  We will endeavour to support your ideas and offerings as best we can. As we have our own retail space, we will need to ensure we compliment each other’s wares before offering some space. We will also help spread the word of your events and pop-ups through our socials. We will need you to be open to the following regulations. Also, zero-waste events are closest to our hearts, please be mindful towards reusable everything where possible.

Hours of operation: The space is available daily between 9am and 5pm. And evenings from 6.00pm - 10pm.

Entryway: We have a shared ramp to our front door, please be considerate of our neighbours while moving in and out.

For the safety of all: No smoking is permitted inside or within the courtyard. If your event is serving alcohol, we require a copy of the current RSA for the server. Use of additional electrical cables and devices is not possible. (we can provide you with a RSA server if required)

Cleaning and Damages: We ask that your room is kept clean, fresh and inviting at all times. We love conscious beings working towards zero-waste,  if there is waste, we ask for it to be disposed/recycled thoughtfully. To avoid a clean up/ damage fee, the vacated space, walls, facilities and furniture must be left in good order. 

Noise: Generally, our space is peaceful, but as it is shared with retail, you will not get complete silence, there might be some talking, foot traffic, occasional music and vehicle noise.

Insurance: You must hold your own insurance as our policy does not cover you for public or product liability.

Catering: We can definitely help you with your catering options at additional cost. We also have a small kitchen area that you can use to prepare light refreshments.
