Art therapy and journalling workshop with Space to Express. Reconnect to Self - Your 'Unique Essence'.

Every. Single. One. Of. Us. Is. Unique!  Each with our own “essence”. 

However, in the busyness of life this may become clouded, or we may forget.  Human life experiences can sometimes lead to a sense of being disconnected from our ourselves, from our essence and purpose and this is when we might start to feel a pull to reconnect with our self again and remember our truth.  Or we may just want to “remember” what it is we have to offer.

In this workshop through guided creative processes, imaginative visualisation and mindfulness, we will connect to self and explore what your unique essence is, the elements that make up your essence, the values it holds, where it comes from, how it flows from you and how you deliver it to the world.

In understanding, appreciating and living your unique “true” self, you are opening the door to insights and the chance to navigate the happenings of life and possibilities with greater ease and understanding.  You’re able to embrace your essence, which holds your unique gifts and qualities, to share with others.  You’re able to move forward without comparison, acknowledging and appreciating both yours, and others unique selves and what each person brings to this world.  

In numerology 2023 is a 7 year, which is said to bring with it an energy for “centering self” to return and re-connect with our true selves.  A call to listen to our intuition, inner-self and wisdom.  

Now is the perfect time to reflect on this.  As you pave your path ahead, give yourself the opportunity to step forward with a solid foundation.
