The Possibility Project faciliates mindfulness and meditation classes at their Wahroonga space. There are three regular sessions.

Tuesday morning 9.30am - 10.30am
Wednesday evening 6.30pm - 7.30pm

Each week we bring mindfulness to our theme through discussion, anecdotes and general life experiences, the second part is a fully guided meditation to help you expand your awareness and gently rest and relax.
Our meditation is designed to help you gain insight into the many peaceful 'possibilities' for responding to life. Note: In the event of Covid restrictions we run meditation via FaceBook Live, bookings are easily made via our Facebook page - The Possibility Project. Our FaceBook Live sessions are recorded too, so you can play back at your leisure.
